Newsletter Sign-Up Discount – Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is available to customers who successfully sign up to receive the Heidi newsletter.

2. The offer provides £50 off a qualifying booking, subject to a minimum holiday spend of £1,000 at the time the booking is confirmed.

3. For customers in Ireland, the £50 discount will be applied as a €50 discount.

4. The discount is based on the total holiday price at the time of booking confirmation and includes any optional extras added during checkout (such as lift passes, equipment hire, or transfer upgrades). Extras added after the booking has been confirmed will not increase or re-calculate the discount.

5. If, following confirmation, the total holiday price is reduced to below £1,000 due to changes made to the booking (including removal of extras, reduction in group size, or changes to transfer type), Heidi reserves the right to withdraw the discount.

6. The offer applies to new purchases only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or previously confirmed bookings.

7. Only one newsletter sign-up discount may be applied per booking. The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. This promotion is subject to availability. Heidi reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the promotion, or correct any errors, at any time without notice.

9. By signing up to the Heidi newsletter, you consent to your email address being used for email communications in accordance with Heidi’s privacy policy.

10. All bookings made using this discount are subject to Heidi’s standard booking terms and conditions.
